Crossfit's philosophy that "if you have a body you are an athlete" is truly inspiring and really remarkable. Using this blog I'm really hoping to provide other people the perks of fitness that Crossfit has given me.
What makes Crossfit appealing to me compared to other varieties of exercise?
First, the intensity it needs.
Second, the objective way it uses to gauge results and progress. It's truly everything about creating a competition with oneself to further improve your strength.
Third and lastly , the community aspect of Crossfit that encourages people to try it. Having your peers cheer you on and drive you to succeed is a terrific experience and makes the training more gratifying.
